1. Services Provided
Tidy Mates offers professional commercial cleaning and maintenance services to businesses and organizations within our designated service areas. All services are performed according to the agreed scope, frequency, and specifications outlined in your proposal, service agreement, or confirmed quote.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Quotes provided through our Site, email, or phone are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions, scope adjustments, or additional services requested.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to applicable taxes and fees.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
We strive to provide flexible scheduling for our clients. To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may incur a service fee.
If unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, access issues, or emergencies) prevent us from completing a service, we will promptly notify you and reschedule at the earliest opportunity.
4. Payments
Payment terms are stated in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise arranged in writing, payment is due upon completion of the service or within the billing cycle noted on your invoice.
Late payments may result in a late fee or temporary suspension of services until the account is brought current.
We accept secure payments through approved third-party processors. Tidy Mates does not store or have direct access to your full payment information.
5. Access and Safety
Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring service. Please secure valuables and provide clear instructions regarding any restricted or sensitive areas.
Tidy Mates reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions pose safety risks to our team or if proper access cannot be granted.
6. Property Care and Liability
Our team takes great care to respect your property during every service. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Tidy Mates maintains general liability insurance; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improperly installed fixtures, equipment, or furniture.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with a service, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right—either by re-cleaning the area or issuing an appropriate service credit.
8. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its security, or engage in unauthorized data collection or automated access. All website content, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Tidy Mates LLC and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tidy Mates LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate ongoing services with reasonable written notice per the terms of the service agreement. Tidy Mates reserves the right to discontinue service immediately for repeated non-payment, safety concerns, or misuse of our staff or property.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.
